International shipping is available. Shipping is free of charge for customers residing in the United States. Customers located outside of the United States are responsible for payment of customs duties.
Our fine jewelry is handcrafted and made ethically in Los Angeles. The development of fine jewelry will take up to 30 days. The shipment of all fine jewelry is insured through our DHL courier. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 5-7 business days of it’s ship date.
Each garment is made ethically in Los Angeles, made to order and requires up to two weeks to create. Garments that utilize custom made embroidery take four to six weeks to create. Orders are shipped immediately upon custom development. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 2-5 business days of its ship date. If you need your item(s) for a special occasion or have requests related to gifting, please contact us directly at info@shophadal.com. Our Customer Support team will be happy to assist you.
If you would like to change your delivery address, please send a written notice to our Customer Support team and they will be happy to assist you.

Domestic shipping within the United States is free.
International shipping fees range from $25 to $35 USD. Specific rates are calculated at checkout in accordance with legal policy.
International shipments are subject to additional taxes, duties and fees, all of which are the full responsibility of the customer. These fees vary from country to country and Hadal does not have any control over them. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a tracking number. If you have not received this email, please feel free to contact info@shophadal.com to check on the status of your order.
If you need to cancel or change your order, please notify info@shophadal.com and we will accommodate you immediately. Kindly note that once you receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information, we may not be able to change your order. We can amend the address as long as the package has not left our facility, but unfortunately, it is unlikely that we will be able to reroute a package once it has shipped.
To add a handwritten gift note to your purchase, please email Customer Support at info@shophadal.com with your order number and the note you would like us to write for you. This service is free of charge.
In the event that your package is lost in transit, please notify Customer Support immediately at info@shophadal.com so we can create a replacement for you and file a claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf.
We strongly urge you to select a secure shipping location. Hadal is not responsible for stolen packages after an order has been delivered as couriers do not offer reliable assistance to us in such cases.
