Is shipping really free?

Yes.

Do you offer express shipping?

All garments are made by hand, made ethically and made-to-order (made-to-order means that we do not keep inventory and garments are made after each order is placed; this approach to production helps us avoid textile waste which is one of the biggest contributors to global warming) so we would be unable to provide express shipping through our site. If your order is for a special occasion, please send an email to info@shophadal.com and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship worldwide! Custom dues are paid by the customer. For more information about shipping please refer to our shipping page

Can I exchange or return my order if it doesn’t fit?

Yes! If the delivered product does not match with your size specifications, or if you find a manufacturing defect, you have the right to send a written notice to customer service within 14 business days of receipt. When requesting an exchange or refund, put your full name and order ID as the subject reference to info@shophadal.com.

We will issue you with a refund for your order. In return, you must return the product(s) to us in a new and unused condition, with the original security tags and original label attached within 14 days of receipt of the goods. If the security tag has been tampered with, a refund will not be issued. Customers are not responsible for the shipping cost of returns/exchanges.

I’m in between sizes, which size should I buy?

Please refer to our size chart and/or individual product descriptions for guidance prior to making a purchase.

Do you offer bespoke designs or custom made-to-measure services?

Yes! We offer bespoke designs for weddings and performances on a case by case basis. We are permanently offering custom made garments that are made-to-measure for clients who are pregnant. We are permanently offering adaptive design services for clients who are disabled and have chronic health conditions. Will you have models on the site?

Yes. Hadal began as a side project that grew very quickly and unexpectedly. We are currently working on building the infrastructure to manage the growth and hire a team so that we can better serve and represent our community.
