Return & Exchange Policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted for all garments. If you are interested in a return or exchange, please submit an email to our Customer Support team within 14 days of the delivery date. Returns and exchanges are not accepted for fine jewelry.

Return & Exchange Procedure

  1. Please contact us via Contact Form or e-mail at info@shophadal.com with your order number and “Return” or “Exchange” in the subject reference. Our customer support team will provide a pre-paid return label immediately with no hassle. 
  2. The item(s) must be returned in a new and unused condition without any sign of damage.
  3. If the security tag has been tampered with, a refund and exchange cannot be issued.
  4. Customers are not responsible for the shipping costs of returns and exchanges. 
  5. When the item is received, you will receive a confirmation e-mail immediately.
  6. After the item is received, it will be inspected and processed as compliant with the indications stated above.
  7. The inspection process may take a few days. When the inspection process is complete, you will receive a confirmation e-mail concerning your refund or exchange. Refunds are processed immediately. 

Hadal covers all of the cost for returns (domestic and international). You will receive a prepaid shipping label through email.

If you are interested in an exchange, please submit an email to our Customer Support team within 14 days of the delivery date and we will accommodate you. If you are eligible to exchange your item, you will receive a prepaid shipping label. You can return your item for store credit to use towards a new purchase.

Refunds are processed within 12 hours upon arrival of the return to our office.
